After I decided to quit my job as Software developer I did some volunteer work in Germany. In the summer of 2008 I went to an ecological farm in Thüringen und did WWOOF-ing.
I worked in the garden, took care of the animals and sold vegetables on the market.
The work on the fields and the fresh outside air was good for me and my health. It was a liberation compared to my previous office job as software developer.
